I'm always glad to here 4-H mentioned anytime.

I grew up in the 50's and what I learned in 4-H has really come in handy over the years.

I agree with 4-H. Its nice to see kids learning things, be it the motto or how to be kind to the community, along with the agriculture that so many folks have lost.
In a way it saddens me to walk through a 4-H exhibit, both my parents were leaders and judged the items brought to the fair. Now the standards seem lowered, I see more magazine photos, cut outs and some of the craft items needed more conversation about them.
Times have changed and I oft look the other way too, atleast they are continueing a tradition. Sorry for the complaint, great article , thank you for sharing it, they look like they are on their way to become Future Farmers (FFA)
