Her ey was closed this morning. We cleaned her up and separated her from the flock. Any other suggestions. See picture.

This might work if you do it CAREFULLY. When ever our chickens would peck at each other, to the point where they were bleeding, we spray vinegar on them. It’s repels them from pretty much anything.

Can you get a photo of her eye too?
I would not use Vinegar at all.
For head/eye/face injuries, I would use saline. You can buy it or make your own.
If making your own, add 1tsp salt per quart of water, boil for 15 minutes to make sterile. Cool and use. I would fresh each time it's needed, but DIY saline can be stored in a sterilized jar for up to 24 hrs.

Once you flush the wounds, then see how much damage there really is. Combs bleed a lot and can have a lot of clotting which makes it look bad, generally it's just a small cut. The eye is more of interest, could be she just has blood in the eye - hard to know until you clean it out.

Next would be to get her hydrated and start figuring out WHY she was attacked - there's a reason. Is she new to your flock? Has she been laying eggs? Any swelling/bloat in the abdomen? Any lice/mites? Any crop issues?
