Chickens attacking each other

Help please!
My 4 week old chickens are all attacking each other. its not play attacking either...its serious...their making each other bleed, pulling feathers and getting really violent. what do i do?, what is causing this?

Are they caged or free ranging chickens?

Sounds to me like not enough food or there is simply not enough room for all of them in the brooder if they are still in the brooder.
Other then that I ask the same question as the person above me.

they are free ranging during the day. they have plenty of food. it has only started this afternoon. my grandma said it might be protein deficiency so i gave them some meat. their still at it.

What type of chickens are they??
What are you feeding them?
If any of them are bleeding you will have to separate them as chickens love blood
Is it only one chicken doing all the damage
