My little Frances Ann is being attacked by some of my Barred Rock pullets. I put the two I saw attacking her into tractor during the day & into cage inside hen house at night. Frances Ann is smaller & one of two pullets left from another flock. The Barred Rocks are a year younger, and were added to flock late last summer. They had all adjusted to each other, and then this weekend started to go after Frances Ann.
She is so scared that she stays in the hen house & won't come into the hen yard even though I removed the ones that were after her. I thought maybe after a a few more days I could try putting them back, and maybe they will have stopped.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
