Hello,
I have six chickens that have lived together their whole lives. about a week ago I realized that one of them had a cut in her beak that was bleeding. today I noticed that they all have cut that are bleeding. the blood seems to have dried. some cases are more severe than others.

the breeds are speckled sussex, buff orpington, and barred rock. they are all 11 weeks old. they have never had any problems like this. It started after a bif thunderstorm.

How should I help them get better?
Will this stop?
Could the stress from the storm have made them hurt each other?

Im gonna go with it’s not disease just some very rough playing chicks,if ya dried up and becoming a scab just leave them alone, they look healthy seems like nothings wrong.

Since they are all injured in the same place on the beak then I would check all feeders and waterers to make sure they aren't catching their beaks on something. Or anyplace they can be trying to get at something through wire etc. where their beaks could get caught. My chickens have never been bothered or panicked by a thunderstorm, and we have some whoppers, but I suppose anything is possible. Also look for any evidence of any kind of predator around your coop trying to get in. Having a predator nearby definitely can send them into a panic that could cause them to injure themselves. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. They should heal up fine with time.

thank you so much. I know I will be watching for predators. I am going to check the coop for rough spots.
thanks again
