Chickens being violent towards one another? Please Help! :(

Uh oh gang. Thanks to your help, it looks like they've mostly stopped eating poor Red, she's now healing with blue-kote.. The grower feed has worked wonders!
They've actually started laying!
But now it looks like they're eating their own eggs! Boo- I want to eat those eggs!
What do I do?

I started a new thread in the "egg-laying and chicken behavior" area, but figured I would bounce it off you, too..
