Chickens blowing nose

I have Wyandotte chickens, I notice that they are blowing are out of their beaks with a little clear liquid coming out. I am new to chickens and am not sure what this could be. They do not have any other symptoms and seem to be normal otherwise, what could this possibly be?

Have you had a weather change or introduced new chickens to your flock?

I don't knoww Jat the cause is, but you could try some VetRX (I think that's the one you add in the water) or I use Nubiotic and it's cleared up simple sneezes for me.
