Sorry the property depreciation is happening to yall. That's not happening here... the assessors love to appraise anything that can be taxed for their coffers, including a chicken house! A fellow that lives up the road tore down a lean to shelter for his horses when they appraised it alot more than what he paid to build it. I guess it depends where you live I suppose.
