Chickens Caught "Over-Cooping" -- Jury Trial Poll

For some of you this might seem like an odd question, but how many chickens should be "allowed" to coop together under the same roof? I have a coop with a meager 8 square feet of living space and a group of delinquent hens that were caught in the act of "over-cooping" as I explain in this post:

We have a jury trial in progress to convict these birds for their "gang" misbehavior and violations of cooping ordinances.

Please tell us what you think about their misconduct. I have a poll as well (all in fun of course).

I think the judges/jury have been too harsh in the court rooms of late. let them go and drop all charges

I think the ruling is fair. Let those chickens drop all of it... outside of the coop of course.
