Chickens Comb on her head

I am not sure what is causing my hens comb to be pale and flopping over. Attached is a pic if anyone can shed some light please let me know. I hope this is within guidelines of this group oh and she is very skinny also but still get around good. She seems to have been bullied by the other hens especially after the rooster was gone she used to be the bully

How long have you had her?
How old is she?
What are you feeding her?
Can you take a picture from further away so her stance is more easily assessed?
Have you checked her crop to see that it is full at night and flat and empty in the morning?
