I have a chicken whose poop was being expressed as a projectile. Initially I thought that she had a bound egg and the vet said it was possible. We took an Xray and discovered she ate several bb's and a metal washer that is blocking the production of eggs. He suggested surgery which I declined. The other was to use a metal dissolvant type medication which I also declined. That was about six months ago. Ana is still pooping a liquid projectile and seems fine but no longer lays eggs. Any one have solution or similar experience?
