r belly (I think from laying on her tummy a lot). She is an Azure if that helps.

Welcome To BYC

Does she have any other symptoms like yellow or white pasty material inside the beak, coughing, sneezing, mucous?

The eye looks to have infection. It could be from respiratory disease like Mycoplasma or she may have suffered injury or gotten something in the eye.
General care is to flush the eye with saline, remove any debris, press out any pus, then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye. Repeat a couple of times a day.
Depending on the cause, she may need an oral antibiotic is daily care and removing the pus does not resolve the issue. Tylan/Tylosin and Tetracyclines are commonly given for respiratory disease.

Is she laying eggs at all?
If she's laying down a lot, then you'll want to make sure she's getting up to eat and staying well hydrated. Keeping her vent feathers cleaned as necessary too.

Have you added or acquired any new birds within the last 30 days?

We just got her about 2 weeks ago and haven't added any since. I haven't seen any other of the symptoms you mentioned. She hasn't laid an egg since I isolated her. Thanks for answering.
