chickens have diarrhea

Can anyone help with this?

I have 6 redstar pullets 3 of them appear to have diarrhea. They are eating fine and have plenty of energy. Their stool is same color as normal, but vents are messy. Will this go away? Do I need to treat it?

How old are they?

They 've been laying for about 2 months so I'm guessing about 9 to 10 months.
