Chickens left eye looks not good. What to do?

Flush her eye with saline solution, then apply terramycin eye ointment.
Any other symptoms such as wheezing, sneezing, gurgling? Are any other birds showing these symptoms?

She and only one other hen is sneezing. No wheezing or gurgling

Two hens sneezing isnt good. There are two possibilities; the onset of a respiratory disease. Or the sneezing can be caused by something in the environment such as soiled bedding emitting ammonia fumes, improper ventilation, pesticides, mold etc...
The latter of all these can be corrected.
However, a respiratory disease is a different ball game altogether.
