Chickens look awful

My 4 RIR hens look pretty bad, like they're always moulting. They've looked like this for some time, so I don't think they are actually moulting.They are lively and are laying well, but they have bald scruffy areas. Are they infested with a bug of some kind? What to do?

Treat your birds for mites lice. (I would give them a bath/dip in an appropriate (for birds) substance. Then treat with ivomec Eprinex (ivomec is the brand name) which will also get any worms if you have never treated them with that.
Then clean out their coop and treat the coop for mites/lice.

ivomec is the brand name Eprinex is the product. Use the "spot on " method (do a search for the exact amount-it has been posted many times) You apply topically at the base of the neck onto the skin
