Chickens loosing feathers-not a molt

Hello I have 5 one-year old hens and two 7-year old hens together. Four of my young hens are severely missing feathers on underside and also some bare spots on head. The two older hens look great. They are all in same coop. Would love to know what you think this might be from? The pic is of my old hens who are in good shape. I don’t have a pic of the bald ones.

Can you take a picture of the ones in poorer shape? They might just be getting picked on.

Do you have a rooster?

Do check closely for parasites - sometimes mites or lice will cause them to pick their feathers.

How big is your coop and run? Overcrowding can cause this too. Show us some pictures of your set up.
