chickens losing feathers

Hello, I wonder if anyone else has experienced severe feather loss in their flock. It seems to affect only my frizzles and one of my buffs. The other seems completely fine with no loss of feathers at all. Those who have lost feathers seem fine, apart from that, but we had one drizzle just die suddenly the other day as well. I do know they molt and that it's formal for that to happen, but I have never seen this in my flock or my family's flock, which I grew up around most of my life. Seeking any ideas or suggestions to help with this?

The birds with feather loss are most likely being feather pecked/plucked by flockmates. The birds in perfect feather are most likely the culprits.
