Chickens making a tooting sound- getting a cold?

I have a few of my hens this morning shaking their heads and making a tooting/squeaking sound. To me, it looks like a sneeze. Are they catching a cold? Should I add ACV to the water or what's the best way to get them better?

one of mine did that last week. It was a hot afternoon and I isolated her and the next day she was normal and hasn't done it since. She was not sneezing, just making beeping sound when she breathed. Not sure what happened, but no one else got sick or anything... who knows?
