chickens molting

here is a picture of my hen she is missing some neck feathers but loooks like new feathers coming in also just looks beat up is she molting

i dont think so she hides in the chicken house . she is about 10 months old.i have 15 and about 10 are laying

My 2 year old hens all got to really looking like heck, but now they have grown out fresh, new feathers, and look great. However, now, a couple of one year old hens have started molting, and they look terrible. Apparently it is just something they go through. My 2 year olds are finally starting back to laying. I was getting a little discouraged with them, but I believe they are going to come thru for me again. LOL I was about to start thinking 'sale barn' , because feed is getting higher all the time, and I wasn't getting anything back. Maybe they read my mind.
