Chickens neck bold and bleed

I went out to let my chickens out and I saw my hen sitting in the corner and I saw feathers sticking and blood stained to her feathers here's so pics:

She looks like she has been injured by a predator or pecked by another chicken. I would clean up wounds with a disinfecting cleaner such as betadine, inspect the wounds for any deep punctures, and apply Neosporin or other brand of antibiotic ointment.
