Chickens new food bowl!

Hi everyone!!

I have just changed my chickens food bowl and I haven’t seen them eating from it. Do you think they will eat from it as id hate them to go hungry?

Thanks to anyone who replies, it is greatly appreciated and it helps keep my little fluff-kins happy and healthy!

Chickens won't go hungry if there is food available to them. It might just take them a bit to get used to the new bowl.

What I tend to do is get some live mealworms and show the girls, then place them in the new food area. They quickly go over to eat the worms and then realize that the new bin also has food for them.

Lol... I understand how your feeling.
When my flock out grow thier 3 gallons waterer I replaced it with a 5 gallon one. . I spent 2 hours playing in it with the brids to show them it's water and safe...
