Chickens not allowing one in the coop

Ok, I'm new to the site and a novice at owning chickens. I recently bought a coop/run, and 4 birds who started laying last year. (Someone was tired of them and sold the whole thing) I have 3 White Rocks and a brown hen that kind of looks like a speckled sussex? The brown hen was in a fight with a pit bull and lost her left wing. (before I got her) She is healed, doing fine and laying eggs. The problem is, the past few nights, the white hens are in the coop and the brown hen is sitting on a concrete block in the run. (I know.... it sounds like racial tension in the coop!) I've went in, picked her up and put her in the coop the past 2 nights. Even with one wing, she can get in the coop and does go in to lay an egg during the day when the white ones are free ranging. Any thoughts or ideas? Should I just leave her in the run at night? (the door to the run is always closed/locked at night)

Does the coop housing have plenty of space? Similarly...plenty of roost space?
I have noticed that to a large part, birds of a feather flock together. My three EEs tend to hang together, even though they were raised from hatchlings with a white andal. and a part. rock.
It could be the heat too. I have three girls who began roosting in the run a few weeks ago when our temperatures began climbing...the rest go inside the housing. My coop is very secure - run roofed in 2x4 welded wire, so I don't worry about it anymore (although I did worry when they started this LAST summer when it got hot). So if your run is quite secure (no possible reach-ins, sturdy wire, roofed, etc.) I'd just let her be. You could also set out there and watch one evening...see if she's TRYING to get in and being pecked/attacked or if she's just CHOOSING to stay outside...
