chickens not drinking very much water

Hi,
Our flock of 26 chickens, about 10 weeks old, just went outside a few days ago. They seem to be doing well but they're not drinking much. They seem active and okay but as hot and humid as it is, I can't understand why they're not drinking much and if this is concerning.

Is the water placed where it will stay cool all day or is it where it can heat up (like in the sun)? Chickens won't drink hot/warm water. I also have a few shallow water pans in the chicken run and most of my chickens can be seen standing in the water to cool off rather than drinking it - but they do drink a lot in this heat.
