Chickens not given grower!

I recently bought 3 pullets that are supposedly hatched on 3/21! When i showed up to buy them they are about 1/3 the size of the chickens that I have from 3/15. When i asked about this they said it’s because they don’t give their chicks starter or grower just an all flock maintainer. When can i expect these chickens to start laying eggs if they are this small? The for reference the 2 white silkies are 6 weeks old and the other 2 are supposedly 14ish weeks old!

Welcome To BYC

What are the 2 other breeds supposed to be?

Just feed them chick starter until they come into lay. There's really no way for us to know when they will start laying eggs. They start laying when it's time for their body to begin producing.

Hard to really tell anything about them in the photo, but they look alert and feathered in.

"All flock" feed (crumble version) should be okay for chicks. It is basically the same thing as chick feed. If they are that small, my first thought is they are bantams. Were you given breeds?

For reference, chick feed and all-flock are both higher protein feeds. All flock feed is intended to be used by chickens of all ages/sexes/conditions. Chick feed is always crumbles while all flock can be pellets (larger) or crumbles (smaller). Since they've survived this long, they've obviously been given crumbles and likely are fine. Their smaller size is most likely genetic (bantams).

Some close-ups of the smaller birds would be helpful. Do they appear to be healthy?
