Chickens not going in coop

I have had these chickens for about 3-4 weeks. I did lock them up in the coop for several days and they have been going into the coop every evening. Once they are all in I usually go and lock them up in there to keep them safe from predators. Tonight I heard one of them yelling and when I went out 4 of them wasn't in the coop. 3 were running around and the ROO was sitting ont the ground roosted. I didn't understand why they didn't go in the coop tonight. I did however place them in there. The only thing I have done differently is cleaned it out (which I do every saturday) and added a new waterer.

Haha They might be scared of the new waterer!

They can freak out at the smallest change.

Did you check inside to make sure there were no visitors in there?
