Chickens not laying right!

I have 19 hens and i only get about 4-6 eggs a day. That's way less than what i got during the summer. I feed them pellets and i give them fresh grass and water everyday. They are white leghorn, Rhode Island Red amd Golden Commets. Any help on how to get them to lay more?

As the days get longer the laying should increase.
