Chickens not laying

I need some help. I got some chicks back in March. I fed them starter then grower now they are on pellets. They are EE’s. It seems like they never really grew. My dads on the other hand from the same batch are huge and pumping eggs out left and right. I have wormed them. What could be going on?

EE in my experience have been slow maturers. That doesn't explain why your Dad's have matured faster than yours. Are you feeding the same feed as him. Are all husbandry methods the same as your Dad's ?

You feed in exactly the same manner as Dad ? It seems odd that you would get all the slow developers if they came from the same batch at the same time.

Maybe you just need to wait for spring. When did your dad's start to lay?

Dads started laying about a month and a half ago

It seems like they never really grew.

This is concerning...are they way smaller than your Dad's birds?
Do you either of you have other chickens too?
Did your birds ever show any illness...lethargy, funky poops, etc?
My first thought is, the only difference is the ground they are on, they may have picked up coccidiosis which damaged their intestines and inhibited normal growth.

Both of us have other chickens. Mine were in a separate pen from my others. They never showed any signs or had bloody poop. They always seemed healthy and spunky. Just not sure

HuH...it's a mystery. Would you post some pics of the pullets in question?
