chickens only laying 40 percent since end of june. not molting yet.

my hens slacked off the end of june . they layed all winter and spring at full capacity. i had a spell with mites in the coop got that taken care of. i have white leghorns, golden comets, rhode island reds, easter eggers, bantams, all are 18 months to 3 years old,

Heat stress? Mine slowed way down in July/August, with no signs of molting.
