Chickens pecking out feathers....

So I have a light brahma that is missing some tail feathers and she is picking at it herself along with 2 others she is bleeding where there are some blood feathers and I've separated her. But why is she and the other 2 pecking them I know they will sometimes peck at injurys but there's no injury. There is some blood though but that is from the feather plucking what do I do to stop this?

You may need to keep her separated until the molt is over. How much space do they have ?
