I have 2 leghorns 4 Araucanas and 4 Black-Red Star and one exotic. It seems that it is only the Araucanas who seem to get pecked. They get pecked in the lower back before where the tail starts. We tried to clip their beaks but we couldnt get them short enough where they wouldnt bleed. They continue to be pecked on, we put grease on the wound (healed) but they continue.

Any suggestions???

Ameraucanas can be prone to getting picked on as they're a more submissive breed.

You could try pinless peepers on the others. Search on BYC to see what they are & how they work.

Try giving them some Nutri Drench, soybeans, or even fish food. If I am not mistaken its due to a lack protein but I could be wrong.
