Chickens picking on another chicken

So I have four chickens. All of them are different breeds. Two of the larger ones get along, while my bantam and polish usually get along. Recently, three of the chickens have started to pick on my little bantam. She is really scared to go in the coop to eat if the others are in there, and when she does go in there she is aggressively attacked. The others will also chase her around and she seems very scared. Is this normal? And what should I do about it?

What's the size of your setup and how old are your birds?

My set up right now is a fairly small pop, but they are able to run around our backyard. We bought a coops and feathers coop from tractor supply, and are just waiting for it to come in. They are all about 6 weeks.

They sound like they're just sorting out the pecking order then. I'd keep an eye on the situation and try to increase their free time if you can. Also, if you could use separate bowls--more than one feeder--that might help.
