Chickens spooked won’t come out of coop

It’s been a week now that something has spooked my 4 hens, they stay huddled together and won’t come out of the coop. I put them in the run and they ran back into the coop. Incidentally they are still laying. Any ideas on how to get them back to being normal ? Tony

Tell us more about your coop and run.
Any chance of some pics?
Is feed/water in coop or out in run?
Dd you try some treats out in run to lure them out.
You could go hard core and put them in the run and close the coop door for a couple hours...force then to acclimate.
