Hi all! We started with chickens and have added two Nigerian Dwarf goat babies to our little farm! They are bottle fed as Mama couldn’t nurse them. This has been such a fun experience! It is nerve wracking at times because there is a lot to learn and know about goats, especially bottle babies.

They are 3 weeks old today! My husband built a little stall for them in my laundry room. So, my house is literally a barn for the time being! They wear little diapers when they run around the house.

Today it is 90 degrees here in Maine, so they are inside in the air conditioning. 🥰

Those of you with goats, I would love to hear your stories and see some pictures!

They are absolutely adorable, congrats on your new babies!! I don’t have goats myself but I would love some. You are completely right about chickens being the gateway animals... but instead of getting other farm animals here, chickens just leads to more chickens...especially more roosters:oops::lau
