Chickens using the dog door

My three free range pullets have learned how to use the dog door. They come inside to get treats in the kitchen, but it's driving me crazy. My house is so icky because of it!! I can't get rid of the dog door because my not very intelligent dog has accidents inside when it's blocked off. If anyone has any advice on keeping my ladies out, I would really really appreciate it!

Ere are electronic dog doors where you put a 'key' on the dogs collar. It stays locked until the key gets in range. Otherwise, I have no idea what to do to fix that. :/
