Chickens vs Quail... Incubating

So I've incubated chooks a couple times, websites don't make it sound too hard however, post on BYC make incubating quail relatively complex, we don't have a great incubator, it can't keep at the same temp. for much of 6 hours and no humidity controls so..Could you raise quail? Thanks, Rio

Quail eggs are easier because you have 3 less days you have to worry about them.
Other than 21 vs 18 days, no difference.
