I am raising some meat birds and starting to notice that some of them are have cuts on the bottom of their feet. These birds are ready to be put in the freezer, but I am a little concerned about the cuts. They don't look infected, but just wanted some advice to what you guys think about it. Is it still ok to go ahead and continue and put them in the freezer or do I just let them be. I don't know what to do.

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join the flock! I see you have already posted in the meat bird section hope you get more answers there. I too think no infection so go ahead.

Be sure to ask any other questions you may have the forum is very diverse.

Thank you everyone for the input. I would hate to waste or not be able to eat them.

I'm glad you joined our community.

It should be fine to still eat them.
