Chicks and lice

Help!
Our broody mama hen has been sitting on her eggs for weeks now and just hatched 4 babes yesterday, yay! Unfortunately when I went to check on them this morning they have lice!
I have everything needed to treat my chickens and coop, but what should I do about the chicks? Dust and leave w mama or dust and bring them into a brooder?

If the lice are really serious I would put them in the brooder as a quarantine of sorts.

what id do is treat the area theyre kept in, thats usually enough to control mites etc .. a 'good' pesticide like Bifen i/t, apply, let it dry, dont get it on food or water .. as far as treating birds themselves, ive never had to .. but thats just how i do it ... most of the pest breeding and things is going on in the areas theyre kept in, not on the actual birds, so control that and its most of the battle ..
