I don’t know if it’s just bad luck, but recently two of our hens had chicks, one had 9 and the other had 8. A few days ago, the only bright yellow chick died, and the others didn’t. Today, the other hen’s bright yellow chick died as well, when a few hours ago it seemed just fine. This happens with every bright yellow chick we have, does anyone know if there’s any way to prevent it?

Sorry for your loss.
What's their diet? Are they getting chick feed? Are they eating anyone too big for them? Oyster shell, scratch, pellets, treats, etc?
Any symptoms?

Sorry for replying so late, they usually die out of nowhere or at least they don’t act strange before they do. They only eat this, in the photo.
