Chicks fighting

Hey we have some 4 week old chicks and we are trying to integrate them with 8 week old chicks. The older chicks are pecking at their eyes. Any suggestions?

You can try some distractions in a larger space, with at least two feood and water stations, but you may have to separate them til they are older.
