Do i put food and water in the incubator for them to eat and drink

No, they can survive for up to 3 days on the yolk they absorb just before they hatch. Leave them in the incubator until they are dry and then put them in a brooder. If you have an egg busy hatching in the incubator wait a bit until it's finished before opening the door and letting the humidity escape.
