Chicks Hatched what now

I am on day 21 no sign yet but when they do hatch do i open the bator and remove the shells? Maybe a dumb question but this is my first hatch.

Wait 'till the chick's dry and fluffed up before removing it and the shells. But be quick as you can so you don't lose too much humidity and heat. Good luck with your hatch!
