chicks hatching!!

hey everyone,

i have 19 eggs in the bator. got up this morning and all chicks had started to zipp the shell. and one chick was already hatched.

problem i have now is,the chick that hatched is going bowling with the rest of the eggs and not half the eggs have the zipped side facing down??? is this going to cause a problem for the chicks trying to get out? i feel helpless cause they are all zipping and cant open it to turn them over

had the same problem, the other ones should still hatch, dont turn them back into place because the next one to hatch will just turn them again. I waited till the chicks where dry and in a corner and turned off my fan and grabbed the chick quickly.
