Chicks have hatched!!

2 of my 4 eggs under my broody hatched today!! YAY! Only day 20! I have one question - The nesting box is a good 10 inches off the ground. Should I move the rest of the eggs, the chicks, and broody to a lower box or should I leave them until all have hatched?

Congrats!

You should move them, but I would wait until after the chicks have finished hatching, as once the mother is moved she assumes she doesn't need to sit on eggs any more and will move off of them, letting them freeze. You could move her, take the eggs in and keep them warm until they hatch, and then slip the babies back under her. However, waiting should be okay as long as she doesn't seem to be thinking of taking her chicks for a plunge.
