Chicks in homemade incubator question

I have a homemade incubator and I'm curious if anyone has done a similar setup and how do I do lockdown with this setup this is my first time the are at day 10

That is quite different set up that I'm used to.
Are you watching your humidity level?

Yeah humidity is usually around 45-48 I read alot of people do dry hatching so I thought it would be ok if I was a little below the 50 mark

My goal for dry hatch is 30 - 40%. Are you keeping track of your air cells, and seeing to it that they match the recommended size in relation to gestational age?

I have not been keeping track of the air cells size I did make sure they have air cells and all chicks are swimming around in the eggs happy as can be what does a hen do to make sure air cells are proper size I would like to mimick that

She provided correct humidity. How she does so is only something that only she and God know. Go to "hatching eggs 101" and read the entire lengthy thing. It will teach you much about the how and why of incubation. If you can maintain accurate temps, you should have success with your hatch. Beware temp spikes, since you don't have a thermostat. You may see a spike around day 14.

Ok thank you I have thermostat that has hydrometer humidity is 45ish and temp stays between 99 and 101.5
I'm really suprised myself that it stays in the right range for temp I'm gonna read the hatching eggs 101 your awesome thank you
