Chicks In incubator 48 hours

Hi. My first chick hatched about 48 hours ago. I have one last chick pipping…actually made a hole in the shell about size of a dime and beak is through the membrane along with a bit of ‘hair’, but no zipping yet. I don’t want to open the incubator and dry out the membrane and make it harder for this little one trying to hatch. Are the other chicks that hatched 48 hours ago ok to stay in the incubator another 8 hours or so?? I am worried about food and water for them.
