Chicks loosing wing feathers/down

Chicks are 3 days old, and seem to be doing great. But I just noticed a few of them seem to be loosing the down feathers on the tips of their wings. What do you think is causing it? Should I be concerned ? Anything I should do?

I'm not sure if it's relayed, but I'm using a chick warming plate from rentacoup, not a light. I have the front high enough they can get under by slightly ducking their heads, and lower in the back so they can find a spot that's comfy for them.

It looks like normal feathering to me.
The new feathers will “push” the down out and it eventually falls off.
