Chicks moving into coop have a question

Hello my 1 month old chicks are outgrowing their enclosure and I’m ready for them to move into coop. I’m unsure of where to put the water and feed should it be inside coop until they get older or should it just be outside from the start thanks for help

For now I would put it in the coop because they might not venture out for a couple of days.
