Chicks not wanting to use heat plate?

Hey y’all!
Just picked up another batch of chicks today!
They had a heat lamp at my local Co-op, but have a heat plate here.
Even tho I’ve shown them several times, they don’t seem to get the idea of the heat plate.
Our house is pretty warm, and there are 21 of them.
They are not making a peep. They seem fine.
Should I keep trying, or leave them be?

I had this problem and someone said to angle one side higher up and they would figure it out. It worked

The plate might be too low. Maybe raise it up a notch. But if they're not chirping and your home is warm, then they might also be comfortable.
