chicks out permanently

What's the earliest one could/should put chicks out in the coop?

I live in Georgia - it's hot! I'm not worried about them getting cold.
Is 4 weeks too early?

Once they can be/stay warm and be safe, send em out!

Put them in the coop. They'll be much happier there. A predator proof, warm enough coop is all you need from day one.
