chicks sound croaky?

My week and a half old chicks not only peep, but have this "croak" kind of sound. Sounds rhaspy when they breathe. Not all of them, and not all of the time. And I thought I may have heard a sneeze? Could they have a cold? Is that possible? What do you do or anything you can give them?

P.s. all eating/drinking/pooing normally.

Well chickens don't catch "colds," they get diseases....

if you are interested. If you have other chickens, you might want to quarantine these. Some chickens will end up as carriers of disease, and even pass your quarantine.
